We are very please to have fitted Pendragon Kia with Rolec units to several of their dealerships. Kia are due to release their first PHEV plug in hybrid model the Optima late summer. All Kia dealerships are required to have EV charging equipment fitted by end July 2016.
The order wasn’t confirmed until the first week of July – but this wasn’t a problem for our professional, expert team. We were able to supply and fit Rolec units to their Hull, Reading and Stourbridge dealerships by the end of July. These were ready for delivery of their first vehicles in September.
Due to our flexible approach we were also able to complete the work out of hours at Reading branch (because of an electrical shut down being required), and during normal office hours working around staff and clients at Hull and Stourbridge to ensure minimal disruption to business.
We have also fitted out Windermere, Morecambe and Oldham branches with charging units.
It was great to be woking for Kia again. EV Charging Solution’s relationship with Kia started in 2014 were we fitted the UK’s first 20kW wall mounted dual outlet signet systems DC rapid charger to their training centre at ENTEC college Nottingham.
As our company goes from strength to strength, so does the relationship with our clients!
